This video is made for sharing, answering the questions from colleagues who have compiled and implemented the KPI but it failed or did not provide maximum results, and also from colleagues who did not believe to take advantage because there was a lot of talk. Questions also emerged from the discussions at KPI trainings.
We review this recovery through 6 elements of KPI managements :
1. KPI must be made according to the company strategy map.
2. KPI not only contains "Results", but also includes "Drivers", so that the company accepts the present and the future (Sustain). In this case we use the Balanced Score Card Method.
3. KPI must plan work programs/ initiatives and budget/budget plans.
4. KPI of the company is cascaded / deployed into KPI Departments, Units, up to employees. Then we call it the IPP (Individual Performance Plan).
5. KPI and IPP are monitored and controlled to resolve the problem being resolved (PICA = Problem Identification Corrective Action). In the middle and end of the year an IPR (Individual Performance Review) is held, which will then it become the main source (PMS) of the Performance Management System.
6. Disciplined KPI's are developed, organized and controlled by the "Strategic Management Officer/ SMO", and assisted by the "Agent of Change/PDCA Team" in each Department/Unit.
